Gem & Jewellery Guarantee

Many people are nervous about purchasing jewellery. They feel there are inherent risks. How does one know that the purchased item is exactly what it is claimed to be? Is the price fair? If the recipient doesn’t love it, can it be returned or exchanged?

All gems sold by Pang Mu Gems are tested in our own laboratory and qualified Gemologists authenticate and certify them. A “Certificate of Gem Identification” and an “International Warranty” are issued with every item of jewellery or gem stone sold.
