Nanyang Coffee is a traditional coffee originated from Singapore and Malaysia which has Hainanese roots, hence the name Nanyang Kopi, reference to lands located south of the islands of Hainan which the climate and the environment are optimal for coffee planting.

The characteristics of Nanyang coffee is its fragrance, which sets it apart from other Western blends. Throughout the preparation process, the baking method of Hainanese coffee differs from Western-style coffee. Sugar, butter and corn are mixed together during the coffee roasting. With this, the coffee is not only aromatic, there is a hint of caramel with additional sweetness from the corn. Which give Nanyang coffee its distinctive signature fragrance and taste.

Variations in the style of Kopi revolve around denseness, sugar level, and additions of evaporated milk, condensed milk or ice. There are roughly 130 variation and configuration of Nanyang coffee and however we have condensed it to following variations that Coffee+ offered to Coffee Lover that bring out the essence of Nanyang Coffee.
